DigiLie takes the careful handling of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy describes what data we collect through this website and what we use it for.

What data we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect the data that you actively provide.

  • Type of help requested
  • The content of your message
  • Preferred contact method
  • Consent to process your enquiry

What we use this data for

We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, schedule a possible discovery call and (if you wish) make a follow-up proposal.

We do not use your data for profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.

Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry properly. For one-off enquiries we delete the data 5 years after the contact is resolved, unless a business relationship develops that requires longer retention (for example based on tax obligations).

Third parties and processors

For sending email we rely on an external SMTP provider acting as a processor. The data you submit through the contact form is transmitted via this provider to our inbox. Name and details of this processor: Hostinger.

We do not use marketing tracking or advertising networks on this website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send a request to info@digilie.nl. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access on a need-to-know basis.
