Services

DigiLie provides IT consultancy services, software development, cloud solutions, and privacy-focused hardware devices. The specific terms of each engagement will be detailed in separate service agreements.

Privacy Box Products

Our Privacy Box devices are sold as-is with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You are responsible for the configuration and use of the device after purchase. Support plans are optional and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by DigiLie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For consulting services, intellectual property rights will be defined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

DigiLie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Support Plans

Support plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'last updated' date.
